Though it is unlikely, if you encounter issues with your delivery which cannot be resolved, then we will return your payment in less than 30 days.
What if my product is faulty?
This is unlikely. We are always provide demos, images or videos to our clients, during the development process, for constant feedback. However, if you find any bugs or issues with your delivery, feel free to contact us at [email protected].
How long does it take to fix my faulty software or product?
We aim to fix your faulty application as soon as possible, but on occasions, it may take up to 10 days or less, depending on the fault.
How can I track the status of my faulty software fixation process?
You will receive emails from us concerning updates on the fixing process every week.
What if the fault cannot be fixed?
This is unlikely. Cilantro ERP has a lot of trained developers and engineers, with numerous years of experience. We should be able to resolve any issues with our software. However, if an issue cannot be resolved, then your payment for the application shall be returned in less than 30 days.
